The very popular and effective Crème de Vie cream is manufactured by Rex, Rafferty & Argent and is marketed by Sallamander Concepts (Pty) Ltd. Sallamander is also one of the shareholders in Rex, Rafferty and Argent. It is a private limited company registered in the Republic of South Africa. It was first registered in 1998 as a "Closed Corporation" (much like a LLC in the USA) when the company started trading, but converted to a private company in 2001.
