Delivery of your Créme de Vie anti-ageing and anti-wrinkle treatment creamThe price includes all costs - there are no other costs added and delivery is done via 1st Class mail by Royal Mail in London, UK. Postage is included in the US Dollar price to ANY DESTINATION of the world - not just the United States of America or Canada - so no matter where you are - the price stays the same. The ONLY country that is NOT included is South Africa, and South Africans must please click here to place their orders, and to look at their way of delivery.
All parcels are packed at our head office at Rex, Rafferty & Argent Cosmeceuticals (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria and then couriered to London where it is mailed. Delivery times
In most cases faster delivery times are reported. Items are not sent by courier, since the cost to courier a parcel is prohibitive and we have found that it is not that much quicker to warrant the cost. Cancellation of ordersOrders can be cancelled until the parcel is posted, but once posted, the order can not be cancelled, as it can not be removed from the system, as that contravenes postal regulation. Should you however wish to return an item for credit, kindly return it to our office, and upon receipt of the parcel, we will process a refund minus the shipping fee, which is normally about 20%. Packing of orderPacking and documentation is done according to international regulations and all required certification and documentation is attached to each parcel. All ingredients comply to international safety and health standards and are manufactured in a clinical environment following international GMP. We are not responsible for customs clearance, although full customs documentation accompanies each mail item.
