Misleading information by cosmetic manufacturersOne of the problems that exist in the cosmetic industry, is that companies can state that their product contains a certain ingredient, yet remain silent on the quantity and it's effectiveness, of such an ingredient, in their cream - yet advertise the fact that their cream or lotion contains the specific ingredient.
A point in case is the acetyl hexapeptide molecule contained in Créme de Vie. We include this molecule at 10% in the formula. In the clinical trials that were conducted by the biotech company that formulated this molecule, ALL the tests were done with a 10% inclusion of the acetyl hexapeptide to show its effectiveness. All major cosmetic houses now produce wrinkle fighting creams and spend millions of dollars on advertising the fact that their cream contains the active molecule that really does work - yet they fail to include the molecule in the right amount in their formulation due to the cost involved in including the molecule. Instead of including the required 10% acetyl hexapeptide in their formulations, they sometimes do not even include 1% - yet they legally can claim that their formulation does include the clinically tested anti-wrinkle molecule! What then happens is that consumers use the cheaper but ineffective products manufactured by the giant cosmetic companies - yet see no difference in their skin, and become even more skeptical consumers. Unethical cosmetic manufacturersThe problem is not with research and cosmetics, but can be blamed on unethical cosmetic companies that think that their consumers will not be able to see the difference, yet these companies keep their noses legally clean - yet mislead their clients that spend their hard earned money on ineffective products. If you are therefore looking for an effective anti-aging cream that reduce already formed wrinkles and that prevent new lines from forming, then rather look at our correctly formulated and manufactured Créme de Vie treatment cream.
